1. What are LOL Remix Pets?
LOL Remix Pets are the pet dolls for LOL Surprise! Remix series. These cuties may not be fluffy or fuzzy like pets of past series, but they do have REAL HAIR.
Ok…real doll hair.
These adorable pets come with some rocking hairdos (the theme of the series is music after all). Think lots of big ponytails, mohawks, and braids.
2. LOL Remix Pets have outfits and doll bodies?
The story is that the pets are trying to sneak into a concert. To do so, they must disguise themselves like dolls. Therefore, they have hair, dolls clothes, and doll bodies.
Well kinda.
From the front, it looks like the pets have pet heads with doll bodies.
Actually, the pets are still pets. They have 4 legs (or the number for their animal type). The arms, which do move, are part of the doll outfit the animals wear.
3. The surprise packaging is a pink and black box.
Anyone born before the 2000s will know exactly what this is. The box is an old school radio and cassette tape player.
Yes, and you guessed it…
There’s a cassette tape inside!
4. LOL Remix Pets have 9 surprises (some new!).
Unlike pets in most series, these pets have 9 surprises (2 more than most).
- Song lyrics
- Cassette tape
- Tape player package (it doesn’t actually play tapes)
- Magazine sticker
- Bottle
- Accessory (microphone, musical instrument, mini boom box, etc.)
- Outfit with arms
- Shoes
- Pet
Some pets come with additional (or slightly better) surprises. For example, some may come with a musical instrument AND sunglasses. One pet even comes with a mini pet!

5. There are 12 pets in the LOL Remix Pets.
Here are their names from left to right and back to front in the family photo. We’ve also included their pet type and music genre.
- Disco Doggie = dog, disco (think Eart, Wind, and Fire)
- Solo Skunk = skunk, pop (Madonna from the Vogue era)
- Funk Bunny = rabbit, funk (like George Clinton from Funkadelic)
- Starkitty = cat, rock (very David Bowie-esque)
- Rappakeet = parakeet, 90s rap
- Electric Critter = feret, hard rock
- Brass Kitty = cat, 80s rap
- Punk Bandit = racoon, new wave or rockabilly (think B-52s)
- Country Cow = cow, country
- Major Squirrel and Squeak Minor = squirrel and mouse, maybe opera
- Ruff Raver = dog, electronic dance music
- Coo Bird = bird, goth metal
Major Squirrel and Squeak Minor (mini pet) are the ultra-rare pet for this series.

6. All pets color change.
The nice thing about pets color changing is that you don’t have to worry about “swimsuits” or fishnet stockings being revealed underneath. If your little one likes the color change, this is the series to get her.
7. Your little one needs a Remix Pet to build a boombox.
Another cool little add-on and detail for LOL doll lovers. Your little one can build a boombox by collecting two Remix Hair Flip tots and one Remix pet. The pet forms the cassette tape player and boombox handle in the middle.
The boombox makes a cool display stand and general display for your little one’s toy shelf. Just don’t expect it to play music!

How Much Do LOL Remix Pets Cost?
The suggested retail price is $10.99.
Prices do fluctuate on Amazon but if it’s close to this, BUY! Check the price on Amazon now.
The price may go down if it is sold at a lower retail price by Walmart. For example, if the Walmart price is $10.88, then Amazon will likely keep the price at $10.99.
Some pets have gone as low as $9.99 in the past, but this is unlikely given the cool new features of these little ones.
