About

Lotta LOL is a hub of information, doll reviews, and toy guides for parents who buy and love dolls, baby dolls, toys, and accessories. Our site was started in 2017 by a mom (me) with a little one who loves all kinds of dolls..

What We Do

Consider us a fellow doll lover who knows what’s new and where to get it; a funny friend who can deconstruct the worlds of all the various dolls out there; a geeky friend who buys and tests all the doll products so you don’t have to. Our hope is that our buying, testing, creativity, and ideas will make it easier for you and your little ones to love and play with dolls and baby dolls.

How We Do It

Our recommendations are made through detailed reporting, testing, and/or referencing the testing of well-known Youtubers.

Before we test products, we starts with research into existing literature from the best sources. Often, this process takes days or weeks. We read product descriptions, watch product videos, pick through customer reviews from around the web, and watch dozens of unboxing videos. Once we are able to test products, they are played with by moms and children.

We know that some dolls are super-hot right now, so when we can recommend alternatives to a pricey or low availability product, we try to do so. For us, it’s about kid and mom happiness.

Our review process is always evolving. With new research processes and procedures, we update our process to make sure we stay on top of the ball and provide you with information you can use.
