But you know what we discovered recently? There are boys who like to play with LOL dolls! Well the boy dolls that is. Some parents appreciate that those boy dolls look like their little ones in EVERY way. LOL boys have take the LOL Surprise! universe and extended it to boys. Isn’t it worth taking a look at them?

1. LOL Boys Series 2 are anatomically correct!
This is absolutely the first thing you must know about ALL LOL boy tots dolls, not just series 2…
They have a frank and beans.
Yes, these dolls are anatomically correct. AND it’s obvious.
Your little girl will see the male parts and definitely ask questions about them, so if you aren’t ready for the “boys are different from girls” talk, avoid the LOL boys.
However, if your little one has a brother (or even close boy cousins) so has probably already figured this out but never mentioned it. Might be worth asking her what she knows…
2. The surprise ball packaging is deep blue.
Despite the inventive packaging of the different LOL series (the “ball” is a spray can, box, capsule, etc.), LOL Boys Series 2 are keeping it classic with the typical surprise ball.
3. The ball features Neon Guy.
There are A LOT of fake LOL boys out there, so it’s important to know the packaging of the real series. An authentic ball will feature Neon Guy, the doll shown below.

5. The boys are the brothers of LOL tots dolls.
Always trying to make big happy families, MGA Entertainment (the makers of LOL dolls) have put each of the boys in a family with existing dolls. These doll families from a range of series, but the brother and sister are always in the same club.
Each boy has been styled and named to coordinate with his girl tot sister. Here are the pairings:
- Piano King = he’s new, so he doesn’t have a family yet
- Captain Q.B. = Cheer Captain from Series 1
- Dribbles = Hoops MVP from Series 1
- Beach Boi = Surfer Babe from Series 1
- Bro Cheer = Sis Cheer from Series 4 Eye Spy Under Wraps
- Mod Boi = Go-go Gurl from Series 3 Confetti Pop
- Neon Guy = Neon Q.T. from Series 2
- Swaggie = M.C. Swag from Series 1
6. There are no lil brothers or sisters for this series.
Just to clarify, the lil brothers and lil sisters are part of other series–not specifically Boys Series 2.
For example, Bro Cheer’s little brother, Lil Bro Cheer, has actually been released in Series 5 Makeover Series Lils.
So why is this important?
Because your little one is HIGHLY UNLIKELY to be able to create a complete family unless your buy lots (and we mean lots) of dolls. It’s better to focus her or his attention on getting cool dolls to play with, not being uber-collectors.

Just like old school LOL dolls, the boys have:

8. Each dolls has 1 of 5 water surprises.
Your little one’s boy LOL doll will either spit, cry, tinkle, color change, or squirt water from his ears.
There is only one version of each doll, so (hopefully) your doll will do what’s on the collector poster. If not, the doll has a manufacturer’s defect but MGA Entertainment does not send replacement dolls for this.
9. There are printable goodies!

What do it mean that the dolls are anatomically correct?
It means the dolls have all the same private parts a real boy has. It is very noticeable that the parts are there and your daughter will notice. LOL boys DO NOT look like Ken dolls. They are not wearing underwear. Read more about our explanation here.
Are all LOL boys anatomically correct?
All tot boys are anatomically correct. Even the series 1 boys and all limited release or series inclusions dating back to the first LOL tots boy, Punk Boi, are anatomically correct.
The only boys that do not have private parts are the Lil Brothers. They are wearing a diaper, so their parts are covered.
How do I avoid getting duplicates?
Since there are only 8 dolls in LOL Boys series 2, there is a high probability that you will get duplicates. We recommend ordering one doll from series 1 and one doll from series 2, since there is no chance that you will get the same doll.
Do boys play with LOL dolls?
Some boys do! Especially boys who have sisters that are into LOL dolls. These little guys want to play with their sisters and the boy LOL dolls give them the opportunity to do that.

An Amazon exclusive 2 doll pack that includes one girl and one boy doll styled like a bride and groom. LOL Supreme BFFs were the first chance ever to specifically buy a boy doll. Since this is a limited edition exclusive, they will probably be hard to find and expensive to buy.
Other than LOL Supreme BFFs, there is a low probability that you will find a boy in the previous LOL series. We’ve included all the series that have boys here, so you can try your luck.
LOL Doll Facebook Groups
Savvy moms (and dads and grandmoms) have been trading for the dolls they want in Facebook groups. Historically, boys have been expensive because there were so few.
Now that there are more, prices should go down and availability should increase. If your little one doesn’t care about unboxing a boy–she/he just wants to get one–Facebook groups may be a strong possibility.
