If you loved series 1 and series 2, you may like LOL Present Surprise series 3. The theme for the Present Surprise is monthly “elements” centered around birthdays. Series 1 was inspired by birthstones from the International Gem Society. Series 2 was based on horoscopes. If you and your little one are into that, then read on to see what this series is all about.

1. What is LOL Present Surprise Series 3?
LOL Present Surprise Series 3 is a gift-wrapped LOL series based on birthday month activities. For example, the doll for May is dressed in a cap and gown because that is when many high school and college students graduate.
2. The Present Surprise series 3 package is a white, pink, and aqua gift bag and box.
The absolute best thing about this series is that it’s already gift-wrapped for gift giving.
Ever try in vain to wrap one of those LOL doll balls? So have we!
We’re excited to have a product that is already wrapped to take away at least one headache. Present Surprise series 3 comes in a box inside the gift bag. There’s even a bow and gift tag on top.
To open: Cut the BOTTOM of the gift bag and the contents will slide right out. It’s a pain to try and open it from the top. Your little one will get frustrated and ruin the bag.
3. The gift bag features Chess.
The bag for this series features Chess on the main face. She has great purple hair, glasses, and a cropped top with cropped pants.
Why is this important?
Knowing which dolls are on which products helps you avoid FAKE LOL doll toys that will have a similar look with different dolls.
4. You cannot choose which doll is inside the box.
Each bag will feature the same doll, yet a different doll may be inside. In addition, yes this series is horoscope-themed based on birth dates BUT you cannot choose which doll your little one gets. Therefore, she may receive a doll that doesn’t match her birthday.
It would have been really cool if you could choose the birthday. However, this series is still cute.

5. There are 8 surprises for Present Surprise series 3 tots.
LOL is keeping it classic with only 8 surprises in the series. Accessories vary since they are unique to the style of the doll. All surprises come in themed tissue paper and environmentally friendly blind bags for that extra special touch (there is a lot of paper!).

7. Here are more cute touches we noticed:
- Astro B.B. is the ultra-rare doll in this series.
- Admin Q.T. is based on Pam from the show The Office. She wears the same outfit as Pam and her PPC bottle stands for “Party Planning Committee,” which was featured on a bunch of episodes.
- Astro B.B. and her balloon glow in the dark.
- Countdown B.B. is styled after New Year’s Eve’s parties.
- Grow Grrrl is based on a spring theme since that’s when many flowers and plants start a new growth cycle.
- Grad Q.T.’s cap says Class of ‘707, which is LOL Surprise’s birthday.
8. There are no boys in this series…
If your little one doesn’t know about the differences between boys and girls yet, then this series is for you. There are no boys in the series, so there will be no surprises during the unboxing.
9. There are no lil sisters in Present Surprise Series 3.
Present Surprise dolls that are available right now don’t have lil sisters as part of their wave on the collector poster.
Perhaps they will come in a Lils series like in some of the other series.
10. There’s a Present Surprise series 2!
